Based in Toulouse, in the south of France, I invite you to discover my world through my different jewellery collections. For as long as I can remember, I’ve always wanted to design jewellery.
Fine and precious stones fascinate me. Their colors captivate me, their energies envelop me, and when these treasures of the earth are sublimated by humans, they become jewellery.
My inspiration comes from the Mediterranean, from flowers and fruit, from the beauty of nature and life, always enveloped in striking colors.
Golden hands then bring them to life. These are the hands of French benchjewellers, made with love. Fine, ethical, made-to-measure jewellery, sometimes with unique pieces.
And finally, it’s you, you who bring them to life, they decorate you, they accompany you in the poetic moments of your life, for life and other lives.
Drawing has always been my most obvious way of expression. In parallel with my childhood drawings, in which I explored the world of comic strips, I followed an academic training. As for stones, I collected them for their beauty and energetic qualities, and wore them like talismans.
Combining these two passions, I was naturally attracted to jewellery.
During five years studying the Art of Jewellery at the Ecole Boulle in Paris, I learned and discovered the jewellery trade through the workshops, gemmology and the creation of collections... and it was really my end-of-study internship with Jean-Paul Gaultier that confirmed my deepest desire: to create and being designer.
In 2022, driven by my desire to express myself freely, I founded Cosima Rols Jewellery, a space in which I enjoy telling stories through the singular world of jewellery.
It is important for me to feel the very soul of the objects around me, their vibration. This is why all my jewellery is entirely made by hand and in France.
I work in collaboration with the most talented artisans who use traditional jewellery techniques. In the workshops, hands sculpt and take the time to breathe life into these precious little objects that you will have the joy of wearing.
